Shipping details

The shipment costs to destinations in mainland Spain are 5€ and to the Balearic Islands 7.50€.

We offer free shipments from 40€ to all destinations within mainland Spain.

The delivery time is 48 to 72 hours to mainland Spain and 3-4 days to the Balearic Islands.

The courier company will send you an email with the tracking code to know where your shipment is at all times.

Payments

Payments can be made in two ways:

• With card: securely through STRIPE.
• Through PayPal: you need to have a paypal.es account

Returns

You have the right to return the product within 10 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original packaging and in perfect conditions.

At the time of shipment we check that the product is in perfect conditions. If you receive it in defective conditions, indicate it to the carrier so that it appears on the delivery note, and we will refund the amount you have paid.

At Navna we want you to be fully satisfied with our products. If for some reason you use it and you are not, we will refund 50% of the cost of the product even if it is used, and you will only have to pay for the shipping.

Cancellations

If you cancel the order before it has been shipped, there will be no cancellation costs. On the contrary, if the product has already been sent, we will refund you the amount of the product and you will only have to pay for the shipping and return costs.
